I had been looking into working with a personal trainer to get me away from my boring cardio routines and gain some confidence at the gym. As soon as I met Karen, she made me feel comfortable and clearly understood my goals. I started working with Karen in the early stages of my second pregnancy and right from the start I felt confident in her knowledge and ability to support me in maintaining my strength and fitness safely. She has always been able to explain clearly the reasons why the different exercises she has shown me are suitable, and made adaptations as required as the pregnancy progressed to make sure me and the bump were safe and comfortable. I feel much fitter and stronger, more in control of my weight and have better posture than in my first pregnancy where I did not have this kind of support and guidance.
